Hey Boss Moms, it's already the second week of November this month is going super fast!

Just a check in to see how it's going on creating an attitude of gratitude.

Now somedays have been harder than others but, I have noticed that by looking for the good in everyday, I'm finding more things to be grateful for even beyond our daily prompts. In return I feel a bit more satisfied a the end of the day.

Here's a recap on why we're doing this...Gratitude leads to joy. Research shows us that simply stating what we're grateful for actually retrains our brains over time to become HAPPIER. Who doesn't want to be happier?

See the difference in your days and weeks—just by noticing the things you're grateful for every day.

On Thanksgiving Day, you'll have a wonderful list of the things you appreciate most to reflect back on! And, going forward, you will have adopted a new habit of taking a moment to think about what you're grateful for—every day.
