I can't believe November is here! It's the 11th chapter and the book of 2018 is almost over. I have a tendency to get sad at the end of the year, so this year I plan to combat my holiday blues by creating an attidue of gratitude.
Here's why...Gratitude leads to joy. Research shows us that simply stating what we're grateful for actually retrains our brains over time to become HAPPIER. Who doesn't want to be happier?
I'm inviting you to join me for my 1st annual gratitude challenge! Let's all of us to focus on what we have rather than what we don't have.
We hope you'll take the next 21 days to think about what you're grateful for on a daily basis!
Starting today, we are going to record what you're grateful for. It can be anything, no matter how big or small. We'll continue this for 21 days, leading right up to Thanksgiving!

Periodically throughout the challenge, we'll share reminders and inspiration to help you maintain this habit!
See the difference in your days and weeks—just by noticing the things you're grateful for every day.
On Thanksgiving Day, you'll have a wonderful list of the things you appreciate most to reflect back on! And, going forward, you will have adopted a new habit of taking a moment to think about what you're grateful for—every day.
